Sweat lodges are life changing and amazing. I love the cleansing and clearing of stuck energies and feeling fresher and freer to move forward with clarity and purpose. The whole day is guided and supportive. Everyone deserves a sweat lodge!

My first Sweat lodge was with Vicki and have done one every year since then! The whole experience is nourishing and insightful; a great way to connect with yourself and the earth, and to find some inner clarity.
