As the nights draw in, breathe in the comforting darkness and stillness of this season mirrored in this beautiful Winter sweat lodge. As the fires warm our homes, let the beautiful fire of the sweat lodge warm your hearts, the amber glowing rocks free you of the difficulties of the year just gone. The theme of this lodge is to free yourself of holding on to words, hurts and mistakes, yours and others.
To see yourself as you really are - a beautiful soul, growing and unfolding. Learning to be kind to yourself, to forgive yourself and love yourself that little bit more. Birth yourself anew as you emerge from this lodge, taking responsibility for when we don’t get it quite right and putting yourself on track to keep going, keep growing and keep loving yourself and others!

Victoria has seamlessly merged her professional background as a physiotherapist with her lineages of ancient healing. However, it is her soul’s calling of being on this earth to lovingly support your highest destiny that will create breakthroughs beyond your wildest expectations.
