How to Deal with Grief and Acceptance with Compassion

Grief is part of our lives no matter who we are. It comes in many guises through the obvious cloak surrounding death, and lesser guises as circumstances in our and our loved one lives change.
Grief takes time and is unique to each one of us. In our busy lives it can be easy to not fully process grief, loss and change. To honour the pain when our hearts crack open and instead we often feel we need to show the world we are strong.
Loss comes in many forms. From when our relationships change with our children as they grow into young independent adults, to the loss of our health, our sense of purpose as we age. Relationship status and when we need to leave behind all that is familiar to us.
This day will help you to identify where you are on this path and involve ritual to both acknowledge where you are and help you to shine some light on your path forward. You will also feel more confident in guiding others also in the process of grief. Whilst grief is healthy to loss and change, to stay immersed in it for too long eats away your happiness, joy and ultimately your bright shining light and soul’s purpose.
Through meditation and weaving in our Reiki you will leave feeling lighter and one step further on your way!

Victoria Lyons (BSc Hons) is a highly experienced healer and teacher who attracts people from all over the world to train with her. Victoria is 8th in the lineage from Dr Usui. Three decades of refined Reiki mastery has given her a unique capacity to awaken your gifts as a hands-on healer.

Online days, still enable this deep connection to the Reiki and the Lineage, as well as receiving a remote/distance Reiki booster attunement, in the comfort of your own home!
The further teachings are so empowering with wherever you are on your learning journey. We have a chance to practise, ask questions and share together as a group. As we all learn in different ways and speeds, whenever we are ready, the deeper layers of teachings weave in and build on whatever we have learned so far. This is especially true after Second Degree Reiki teachings as there are so many possibilities with how to bless your life and others with Reiki & the symbols. The beauty of Reiki with Vicki, is that there is always something to learn about ourselves and our practice and Vicki is always there to help guide us in our beautiful unfolding.
